Canceling an Order

Changed your mind? Here is exactly how it works.

Before your order ships

Email mybarklypaw@gmail.com with your order number as soon as you can. If the order has not shipped yet we will cancel it and refund you in full, back to your original payment method.

After your order ships

Once it is on its way we cannot stop it, but you are still covered. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. See our Returns & Refunds page for how that works and who pays return shipping.

How long refunds take

We issue refunds within 10 business days of canceling or receiving a return. Your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to display it.
